Package - Up to £25,000 + package

The Company:

We are currently searching for an experienced Personal Assistant to Managing Director, for our client a highly successful housing developer that has experienced steady growth and has established themselves as a leading name in the Residential market. Their projects are all based in the Chesterfield area, making this a great opportunity for an individual in the area looking for a local opportunity. We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong track record in delivering exceptional projects on time and on budget.

Role duties:

  • Act as the point of contact between Executives and internal/external clients
  • Receive guests to the office
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Arrange and facilitate the induction of any new recruits
  • Attend Management and Board Meetings and Take minutes
  • Assist with HR procedures and files
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office team, that all administration systems are updated and maintained accordingly
  • Producing quarterly H & S Meeting report
  • Closing out all H & S incidents on in house system
  • Booking all site staff onto relevant training courses
  • Maintaining department training matrix

To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven working experience as a personal assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
  • Be an effective team player and have the ability to communicate clear and concise instructions
  • Have excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Must be computer literate
