Business Account Manager
As a Business Account Manager within our growing B2B sales team it’s all about optimising every opportunity that comes your way, and you’ll be rewarded if you do so. We’re looking for confident, enthusiastic and results orientated individuals to join our vibrant Buy It Direct business sales team, building and maintaining lasting relationships with all of our new and existing customers. You’ll need to be a natural communicator to build that much needed rapport with your customers to make sure you are always closing the sale. A competitive and outgoing personality is also a must in such a sales hungry environment! The role will involve dealing with incoming and also making outgoing calls, so a self motivated attitude is essential to enable you to proactively generate new business leads and identify commercial opportunities.

What else will you have to do? You’ll be using excellent questioning and consultative selling skills to better understand the customer requirements and providing them with suitable solutions, but also up-selling any additional items they might need too. You’ll be continually looking for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency to make sure you meet monthly gross profit targets and agreed KPIs. As you’d expect it’s key that you manage new and existing customer accounts, provide excellent customer service during sales, as well as any follow up required after sales. We’ll make sure you get all the training and then it is up to you to sell to all the customers you talk to and make the most of every sales opportunity!

We really want to see fun and vibrant individuals that are confident in selling over the phone. As you’d expect we want those sales people that are use to meeting and exceeding sales targets, and are willing to work hard to be at the top of the leader board, and stay there! We need our employees to be driven and resilient to make the most of every call, as well as keeping our customers happy at all times!

The basic salary for this role is £20,000 to £25,000 dependant on experience. However, there is fantastic earning potential as commission is uncapped. We have Account Managers earning £60,000 plus OTE currently, so put in the hard work and it’s really up to you what you earn!
