Your new company
Your new company is an innovator of Microsoft Dynamics Technology that allows its clients to analyse and centralise data around CRM. Their platform aids strategy and aims to increase opportunities for an organisations clients. Your client engineers software around an organisation's, building custom systems, real time reporting, data routing, Big Data and master data management.
Your new role
You role is providing 1st/2nd Line CRM Support and Consultation to clients. Your new role will include, liaising effectively with clients, data importing, product training and performing continuous updates to client portal. You will have lots of autonomy and great exposure to clients, but you will also be using MS Dynamics 2011/2013/2016.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in supporting MS Dynamics 2011/2013/2016 and flawless communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to have come from a business facing role where you have built relationships customers. Desirable skills are HTML/Java Script.
