Other key accountability's will include:
To design and deliver a training academy for new hires,
To deliver the vision of being 'world class' in its training provision, through actively seeking out best practice from across the world in the field of L,D&T, bringing the knowledge to the organisation and implementing as appropriate to deliver benefits for the whole of the organisation.
Understand business strategy through close working with Business Unit stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to drive LD&T requirements and priorities.
Shape business plans and priorities through interaction with business stakeholders to ensure LD&T solutions are effectively analysed, designed, developed, implemented and evaluated
Build a trust across the training community through effective collaboration,
Deliver against specified Key Performance Indicators and report against these KPI's , driving for continuous improvement though actions taken as a result of analysis
Manage relationships with external suppliers as required, inputting into the identification of and selection of appropriate suppliers if needed.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the design, delivery and training arena. Your stakeholder management skills will be first class. You will most likely come from a large corporate background where cutting edge training techniques are being currently or previously used.
