My client, a world leader in their industry, is looking for an IT BA to manage IT Business Projects, from initiation through to completion in order to deliver efficient IT solutions to the business.

My client is a world-leading FMCG organisation based in West London. This client is an industry leader looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their IT Team in an exciting period of growth and development.


IT Business Analyst -Trade Promotion Management (SAP)

  • Supply and manage IS project plans according to the identification of local needs and in line with Group Projects and within given budgets.
  • Maintain and develop the CRM solution.
  • Work with key colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services departments to provide training & problem resolution related to CRM solution.
  • Collaborate with Group IT and 3rd party vendors for implementing system improvements.
  • Responsible for managing systems testing for local environment & co-ordinating UAT activities where required.
  • Responsible for appropriate data maintenance.
  • Ensure documentation within areas are reflective of any changes made to the solution.
  • Act as an escalation point for the IT Technical team for IS related support issues.

**SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management) experience is essential **
