Events Manager / Events Sales executive

Our client is a market leading business space provider with offices, studios and industrial units available for companies to rent across the South East.

Within these centres, they operate a network of creative drop in hubs (which they sell as a club) whereby new and growing companies can meet, share ideas and collaborate.

In order to expand current membership levels to this “club” and increase the number of businesses using their co-working facilities, an Events Manager / Sales executive is required to work from two of their centres in Central London.

The successful Events Manager / Sales Executive will be sales driven, organised, customer focused and entrepreneurial as well as have a decent sense of humour and the ability to work under pressure.

On a daily basis, the successful Events Manager / Sales Executive will:

Conducting viewings and sell memberships, as well as upgrading existing member’s packages.

Organise Member retention activities.

Responding to, and act on, member needs, concerns and aspirations.

Encourage and enable member networking through recommendations, introductions, interaction and collaboration.

Act as first point of contact for technical issues/queries.

In terms of events themselves, they can range from workshops and seminars open to the public to small community building events such as breakfast clubs and networking evenings. As a result, the successful Events Manager will:

Research potential new events relevant to members.

Be responsible for the logistics and running of all owned events, including attending evening events on occasion.

Promote events through website, emails to members, leafletting in the local area and other initiatives.

The successful Events Manager / Sales Executive can expect a basic salary up to £25k with up to 20% annual bonus and benefits that will include Pension, Life Assurance, Group Income Protection Scheme/Long Term Disability, Group Personal Accident Scheme, Private Medical Scheme, Season Ticket Loan, Childcare Vouchers and a Sharesave Scheme.
