The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of digital products, experience and capabilities. They will be responsible for delivering digital projects in the UK market, working with Brand, Propositions and Communications teams to deliver the digital elements of new propositions and campaigns. You will provide a technical expertise to the wider business and ensure that projects are delivered to budget, deadline and target.

The Role of the Digital Product manager will be accountable for:

    Creation and delivery of world class digital products and customer experiences.Managing relationships between local markets and senior stakeholders in Global Group.Planning, organizing and running workshops with local teams to understand and review their strategy, deployments and support where appropriate.Support in shaping and evaluating business cases, markets ambitions and cost allocation.Support in creating and standardizing Global documentation for use across local markets (Vision, Roadmap, Requirements, Brief, Product Requirement Document).Drive the harmonization of performance measurement across products and markets

You could have been an excellent project manager but you have so much more to offer. People would describe you as an outstanding communicator, with remarkable leadership and delivery skills. You are great at:

    Strong management (as opposed to ownership) of product roadmap, backlog and priorities, across a portfolio of products and markets.Ability to articulate and “sell” the end-to-end story of a product, from concept to launch. Must be highly organised and detail-focussed, with a strong understanding of product management processes in an international context.Experience working in a customer-centric, design-led, mobile-first environment.Master at network building & aligning to all stakeholders at all levels. Experience in identifying and managing risks at both business and Customer level.Strong understanding of web technologies, especially front-end, as you enjoy sitting with developers, your best friends. And, obviously, you are an expert in Agile.Experience in writing succinct, to the point, inspirational product brief which are key to inform the product design process.Demonstrable experience of working across the full product life cycle, including management (not direction) of specialist resources (Research, UX, Visual Design) to achieve:
