An opportunity has arisen to join a market leading wholesaler of healthcare consumables with a large, established client base, IT enthusiastic management and a website that is going great guns. The company prides itself on striving to be up there amongst the best and specialises in offering low prices for everyday disposables.

They are currently looking for key people to enhance their fantastic Customer Service team. As part of the team you will be expected to deliver their very high standards of customer care. You need to be able to communicate clearly, be flexible in your approach to work and delight in being able to exceed their customers' expectations. As a company they strive to continually improve and expect their people to feel the same. You should relish a challenge and be prepared to show initiative and innovation.

What you'll be doing:

- Delivering a consistently professional standard of service, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
- Receiving and processing customer orders
- Taking responsibility and ownership for dealing with customer enquiries. Deciding the correct action to take on customer complaints. Copy invoices and proof of deliveries and closing off such actions
- Engaging with each customer and delivering a 'Wow' experience
- Other admin duties as and when required.

Key Skills required:

- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
- A genuine desire to help and engage with people
- Punctual & well organised with a tidy work area & good personal presentation
- Able to deal with & solve customer queries & complaints without supervision
- Accurate data input
- Ability to support colleagues and be a good team player
- To be able to prioritise tasks and manage own workload
- Outbound calling skills

They will be offering a permanent contract at £7.87 per hour increasing to £8.33 after successful completion of your 6 month's probationary period.
