Based at Russell Square, WC1N with travel around Central London (Zones 1-3)

Multi-Role Position:

1. Executive Assistant to a Company Director
2. Lettings Assistant for his property portfolio
3. Sales Assistant for his startup company - selling condiments to wholesale retailers

- Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent

- Experience of organising and providing administrative assistance in an office environment
- Experience of issuing invoices, payments and reconciliations and undertaking a wide variety of accounting responsibilities.
- Experience of handling a wide range of enquiries, summarising discussions, writing reports, managing projects and delivering presentations
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint and accountancy software such as Kashflow.
- Experience of sales particularly in the F&B sector

Knowledge, Skills and General Attributes:
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
- An organised and thorough approach to work
- Ability to see projects through from start to finish managing time and tasks effectively
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as tracking progress on a wide range of tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent typing skills with the ability to draft own correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Main Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- To proactively lead on product sales developed by the company
- To prepare and/or draft correspondence, assignments and bids for the director as required
- To assist in lettings management and property redevelopment including room and property listings, obtaining quotes, appointing and monitoring contractors and handling queries from prospective and ongoing tenants
- To assist with budget management and take responsibility for monitoring of income and expenditure, issuing of and payment of invoices
- To carry out a range of administrative tasks, including filing and making travel arrangements
- To manage electronic (eg. Dropbox, Kashflow) and paper based filing systems
- To work co-operatively with colleagues to provide support as required (eg. Social media marketing, promoting and delivery of products to retailers)

Long Term Prospects
Subject to success of the company, the postholder will be dual employed as an Executive/Research Assistant & as a Sales Manager (£20-30k OTE pa)
