Once you have learned about the company and the services they offer, combined with Pareto’s supplemental training, you will enjoy immediate responsibility! The successful graduate will engage with clients face to face across the South of the UK. In managing account relationships, you will ensure that clients are fully aware of the services offered by the company in order to support renewals. You’ll strategically identify opportunities within accounts where you can upsell additional services.

The Role:

- Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of our client’s service and product offering
- Stay in regular contact with the accounts you manage across the South of the UK, engaging regularly via email and over the phone
- Engage with clients face to face, ameliorating their concerns and identifying opportunities to upsell services
- Develop rapport, manage relationships and convert the renewal of customer contracts, reporting directly to the National Account Manager
- Liaise with your Account Management Team to ensure you are taking advantage of all opportunities


- Educated to degree level
- A full, UK driving licence
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
