Account/Client Development Manager (Software/CRM)

Location: Brentwood, Essex

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

About the Role

With a successful Account Management background with large corporate accounts, you will be required to generate additional revenue and New Business sales with the large corporate client accounts within this established software CRM company. You will develop relationships within key accounts mainly at board level, in order to enhance the current service offerings around the company's CRM software, whilst also concentrating on positioning, up-selling and cross selling the other services including training, project management, support etc.

Key Skills

* A confident, articulate, methodological and strong strategic Account Manager with the ability to influence deals/negotiations and close sales.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentational skills to board level and a natural team player
* Possess recognised questioning skills strong enough to identify and build specific client requirements and achieve commitment across multiple contacts within key accounts
* Strong successful record of new business development wins along with attention to detail to ensure SLAs are met and expectations managed
* A demonstrable and credible track record of winning new business and high client retention, with a winning attitude and a commitment to exceed customer, partner and management expectations
* Strong sales framework background using Miller Heiman, SPIN, Challenger, TAS etc
