Junior HR Business Partner
This varied and fast paced role will see you involved in various tasks including:
- Partnering with the recruitment team
- Assisting with direct sourcing
- Managing and coordinating pay reviews and bonuses
- Being on top of pay scales and employee benefits
- Assisting with Employee Relations issues
- Coordinating and assisting with the L&D program
Your personality and your attitude is as important as your experience. You need to be resilient yet flexible, professional, driven and focused with your sights firmly set on achieving results.
- Proven experience in HR, ideally in a fast paced environment
- Solid understanding of employment law
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Self motivated
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills
