Are you a dynamic Field Sales Executive with experience of selling energy into a varied customer base? Are you able to identify requirements, present solutions, negotiate and close business both internally and face to face? ADSI is an established yet flourishing group with a £10 million turnover. We have two offices within the UK; our core business is to provide end to end solutions to businesses across a range of services and technical products.

Continued growth means we are looking to add to a small number of strategically placed Business Development Managers, focused on securing major new contracts within the SME market. Each individual is tasked with creating relationships with prospects, and developing a deep new business pipeline with customers. This role will have no limitations on geographical presence, so the successful candidate could be based anywhere within the UK. The principle aim of the position is to increase the company’s market share of SME customers in this highly competitive sector.

With our Energy brokerage and consultation service and supporting portfolio of business solutions we offer complete account management for customers looking to improve efficiency and running costs within their business and are one of the fastest growing companies in the business to business cost reduction sector, making waves in the industry with strong sales and an ever increasing customer base. With a broad focus on effective procurement the energy business model offers customer "more savings on more of their variable business costs".

This continued growth means we are seeking goal orientated, determined and proactive field sales professionals to join our team.

We offer an attractive basic salary of up to £32,500, with the ability enhance your earnings via an attractive commission structure. We offer a Company car, 22 days paid holiday per annum with the opportunity to earn more paid leave through excellent attendance.

Being eager to embrace a challenge and prepared to deliver results is essential; understanding the importance of building long term relationships commencing with an outbound call/visit is also a must.

The perfect candidate will;

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal, written and in person

  • Have proven experience in the energy market.

  • Have experience operating in a field sales B2B role.

  • Have experience and a strong track record in new business strategies and be comfortable in providing evidence of pipeline developments to ensure forward opportunity.

  • Have fantastic conversational skills; the ability to engage with Decision Makers and capture their attention, ultimately able to influence at a senior level.

  • Be able to show strong numeracy skills with good attention to detail.

  • Have, above all, the ambition and drive to succeed in a competitive and challenging sales role.
