Exciting time to join a fledgling silicon start-up company who are already winning awards for their ground breaking work.  We have been asked to recruit a Principal Software Engineer who will perform a key role within their Software Engineering team (currently 4 engineers) contributing to the Software architecture, strategy and roadmap of their SoC development suite.

We are looking for a flexible, resourceful Principal Software Engineer with solid experience in an Object Orientated language (C++ or Java), strong scripting skills (Python or Perl), Linux and an appreciation of Hardware/embedded systems.  It’s highly likely you will have prior experience working within EDA software, silicon design or hardware performance tools.

There is a degree of flexibility in the Principal Software Engineer requirements as is common in start-ups.  They are looking for a software engineer who is bright, enthusiastic, interested in technology and happy to get involved in a mixture of work.
