Field Sales Executive – OTE £60,000 + £350 Car Allowance + Laptop + Mobile Phone

Superpost is recruiting on the behalf of our client who are a well established, National Telecoms provider. They have an exciting new position for a Field Sales Executive to joint their very successful team, covering Glasgow, Central Scotland & the West Coast, offering a very attractive salary and bonus package with many employee benefits.

Field Sales Executive – Job Role:

  • Sell telecom products on a face to face basis (B2B)
  • Travel to various customer locations
  • Create and manage prospect pipeline
  • Achieve sales targets by selling a wide range of telecoms products and services
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Ensure satisfaction is achieved in all dealings with the customer base
  • Make accurate cost calculations and provide customers with quotations
  • Arrange customer demonstrations and demonstrate systems
  • Upsell and cross sell services and product portfolio to customer base
  • Negotiate the terms of agreement and close sales
  • Record sales, prepare cases and handover for the operations team

Field Sales Executive - Experience Required:

  • Flexible, hard working attitude
  • Proven track record of business development
  • Enthusiastic with excellent communications and listening skills
  • Customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and self starter
  • Be able to provide evidence of achieving sales targets
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of the team
  • Ability to display and provide examples of skills in negotiation, communication, Listening and business/commercial acumen.

Field Sales Executive – Advantageous Experience:

  • Years of sales experience within Telecoms industry
  • Salesforce system
  • Apollo & Mobious system

Our client is looking for a Field Sales executive with field sales experience; however they will consider a high performing desk based sales executive who is looking to break out into the field. This would be considered as a hybrid role and would be part desk based and part field sales to begin with. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take next step in their career.

Full comprehensive on board training is provided by the company in house and full support is provided throughout the role.
