Person Specification for PMLD/SEN Teacher
To be considered you will need to be an inspirational PMLD/SEN Teacher who has 2 years' teaching experience and an understanding of working with Special Educational Needs and 'English as an Additional Language' pupils. We want to meet a PMLD/SEN Teacher who can consistently display empathy towards their pupils and act as a professional role model to other staff and pupils. You must have the skills to teach those with physical and mental disabilities in an enthusiastic, exhilarating way that inspires positive learning.

About the PMLD/SEN Teacher Role
As a PMLD/SEN Teacher at this school you will be teaching to a KS2 curriculum in a caring and holistic fashion. The school very much looks at learning in small steps that lead to huge personal progress for each pupil.
