This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a successful and luxurious, growing jewellery company and be part of their exciting journey. The Store Management position will pay up to £30,000 + Commission & Benefits. This Luxury jewellery brand is currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to join their busy store in North West London.

Key Responsibilities as Store Manager include:

  • Driving the store sales and exceeding targets through delivering operational excellence and building long lasting relationships with clients at all levels
  • Motivating and mentoring the sales and sub management team to achieve individual and team set Key Performance Indicators such as Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Transaction Value (ATV), Sales vs Target, Conversion and others
  • Organising staff rotas and some general admin work in compliance with the company policy
  • Providing regular updates to the Area Manager with regards to store performance and any operational issues
  • Banking Duties

The successful Store Manager will have the following skills/qualifications:

  • Ability to work well and perform under pressure and within a high turnover and demanding environment
  • At least 2 years experience at Store Manager/ Concession Manager/ Assistant Manager level within a recognised jewellery brand
  • BA/Masters Degree will be beneficial but not compulsory
  • Effective Time Management and operational skills
  • Experience in managing , motivating and developing a sales team
  • Track record of constantly achieving and exceeding company set KPIs
  • Client driven and able to build long lasting relationships within clients at all levels
  • Hands on approach and ability to lead by example
