The Client

This fast expanding retail business that has established itself as a strong competitor within the DIY/Trade industry and is looking to expand and needs top Store Managers in order to do so. A crucial part of their growth strategy is to complement internal talent development with the attraction of superb experienced Store Manager hires.

The Role

As a Store Manager you will have the autonomy and remit to drive the success and development of your team and customer service proposition. The leadership role within this company is crucial in order to deliver results. Key aspects of this role include.

  • Managing a team that consists of a wide range of specialisms and skill sets.
  • Coaching and leading great people will be at the heart of everything you do
  • Controlling commercial fundamental across all aspects of the business
  • You will report directly to the area manager and help recruit the very best talent into your store

The Candidate

You should have the ambition to build and developing long lasting relationships on a commercial level to generate and retain customers while delivery excellent customer service.

  • You must have management experience in the DIY or Trade industry
  • You will have extensive experience supplying and negotiating with both large and small businesses
  • A strong leader who can inspire a team and communicate a clear and honest message

Salary & Benefits

From £35,000 - £45,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus
