An excellent opportunity has arisen for an E-commerce Assistant for a growing fashion retailer focusing on shoes an accessories. The role will be to report into the eCommerce Manager and ERP System Coordinator looking at key analysis in areas of customer service, trading and product performance as well as playing a part in launching new products on the website.

Your responsibilities involve but are not restricted to:

Customer Service

• Providing excellent customer service

• Customer service and administrative tasks via phone, email and any other channels (website and marketplaces)

• Customer Service standard responses

• Monitor and react to customer feedback and reviews (Feefo and Google) & prepare reports

• Process returns (web and marketplaces)

• Support the wholesale customer service department

• Respond to delivery exceptions


• Produce, analyse and present trading report and propose actions according to the report

• Produce, analyse and present product performance report and merchandise products on the website(s) to maximise performance


• Launch new products on website(s) and marketplaces

• Maintain website catalogue structure adding, removing and amending products as required.

• Creating categories and merchandising products on all sites based on performance reports

• Ensuring all products are enriched correctly and accurately prior to publish: image, copy, price, and categorisation - on all sites and marketplaces

• Set up and execute promotions

• Regular review of competitor activity and pricing

• Own marketplaces (Amazon UK, Europe and US) by uploading new products, managing catalogue and promotions

Key Skills Required:

• A willingness and ability to learn

• Excellent command of the English language

• Passionate about delivering great customer service

• Ability to work on their own but also a team player

• Good analytical skills with attention to detail

• Excellent command of computer skills including MS Office applications (mainly Excel)

• An interest in fashion, digital marketing, e-commerce and IT
