Deputy Store Manager - Premium Market Leading Brand - £18,000 - £19,000 + 12.5% Bonus Potential + Structured Training & Continued Career Development.

This customer and team focused retailer has hundreds of stores throughout the UK. Despite this already very wide presence they have exciting plans for further growth and will be investing millions in a further 150 new stores over the next 3 years.

This huge business has hundreds of franchises across the world and is recognised globally.
The majority of their UK stores operate in partnership with a leading food brand provide customers with a selected range of high quality fresh food ranges, including ready meals, fresh produce, sandwiches, wine, flowers and groceries.

As a Deputy Store Manager in one of their stores you will have a hands on approach and be someone who role models positive leadership behavior to a team of 20-25. Although you will think customer, customer, customer; you will also have a keen eye for detail, and be someone who is passionate about their team and store standards too. - This role certainly offers variety.

You will focus on effectively running shifts, both independently and with the support of your Store Manager & Deputy Store Manager. You will need to be a hands on manager with a passion for coaching and a desire to grow your team. You will create a fun, friendly and professional working environment, one that offers a memorable customer experience and a great place to work.

Ideally you will have experience of leading a fast paced, high volume retail or hospitality store/unit or have some experience in leadership. You will need to have your own means of transport to be considered for this role.
