Job description

?Conduct gap analysis of existing HR administration procedures to ensure legal compliance and to support our strategy to create a stimulating and rewarding place to work.
?Produce management report, which focuses on improving the employee experience, and share recommendations for process improvements with the HR leadership team.
?Working to a project plan and ensuring appropriate levels of collaboration with relevant stakeholders, implement process improvements which will achieve exceptional HR support to employees.
?Create template documents to support all HR policies and procedures which are structured in a manner that helps to embed our culture and values.
?Work with subject-matter experts and managers to design, develop, and implement a highly positive, innovative and welcoming on-boarding experience for all new hires.
?Review our off-boarding process to ensure best practice and to ensure we appropriately utilise leaving questionnaires to improve employee engagement and retention.
?Support the project lead to identify and deliver a standardised HRIS which provides the platform for the secure collation of employee data in accordance with local legislative requirements and enabling efficient support of people processes.
?Collaborate with the interim payroll supervisor to harmonise and improve our payroll processes.
?Lead project to centrally locate all personnel files (potentially electronically) ensuring compliance with Data Protection laws.

Experience required
*Have proven experience of successfully leading HR projects
*Strong stakeholder management skills.
*Excellent computer skills with a thorough working knowledge of Word and Excel. (Experience of Cascade HR would be an advantage).
*Ability to proactively identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
*Tenacity and resilience.
*Strong customer services ethos.
*Self-starter, with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
*Action orientated and focused on delivery.
*Excellent attention to detail / accuracy of work with complete confidentiality.
