Salary: Up to £20,000 per annum plus Bonus and Benefits     
Role: Permanent

We have a fabulous opportunity for a passionate Store Manager to join an iconic global brand. With over 600 stores in the UK alone they are one of the biggest names in retail and are continuing their rapid growth. IDEAL CANDIDATE


  • A motivational and inspiring leader who can encourage team members to deliver exceptional service at all times
  • Experienced in managing a fast paced and high turnover store in retail is essential
  • You will create a customer service culture in your store where the customer is put at the heart of every decision made
  • Previous experience with recruiting and training all levels of team members from customer advisors to shift leaders, with a track record of promoting people throughout the company
  • A current Team Leader, Supervisor, Duty Manager or Shift Leader who is looking to progress to other management levels in the near future and beyond!
  • Punctual, reliable and willing to go the extra mile, you will thrive on achieving targets and love the buzz of a store that is busy
  • Effective planning, time management  and strong communication skills  

THE ROLE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • You will be responsible for managing the overall operation of the store along with managing and coaching the store team
  • Driving customer loyalty and repeat business through company loyalty schemes and delivering excellent customer service
  • You will ensure total customer satisfaction and product quality in order to uphold the service standards expected of this global brand
  • Monitoring the store performance against set KPI targets and ensuring the team are motivated to hit these
  • Monitoring store costs and controlling these where possible to drive profitability
  • Promoting staff from within and encouraging longevity within the brand
