The Role: Customer Insight Analyst

* You will be analysing the customer life cycle and re-engage lost customers
* You will use SAS and SQL to create understandable insights to relay to stakeholders
* You will report back to the lead analyst and communicate with other internal and external members of the business
* You will be working towards overall customer relationship management (CRM)
* You will be working with a large amount of data alongside data scientists and junior customer insight analysts

Your Skills And Experience: Customer Insight Analyst

-A numerical University degree of 2:1 or above.
- Strong analytical skills, experience using SAS or SQL or R and Excel.
- Have experience creating segmentation's and insights
-Confident and clear communication skills.
- You will have a strong statistical background
