Salary: £21,909 TO £28,462 per annum

Description : This is an award winning hospital which has some of the best outcomes for patients in the country, Staff tell them that they join the hospital because they can see the opportunities open to them to develop services and make their mark.

They are a 16 bedded critical care unit with flexible level 3 and level 2 beds. They admit medical, surgical and trauma patients from across the hospital and trust and are part of the Mid Trent Critical Care Network and as such accept and transfer critically ill patients across the region.

Person Specification: The hospital are now looking for Highly motivated individuals who possess an enthusiasm for Critical Care and who are keen to contribute to the development of a Critical Care Unit.

You will be offered exciting opportunity to work within a dedicated and friendly team committed to high quality patient care.

You should be an RGN with an interest in developing your career in critical care and will be offered comprehensive training and support programmes.

We would be particularly interested in individuals with some critical care experience, and it is desirable but not essential to hold a formal intensive care qualification and teaching/mentorship course.

The post holder will be required to have the ability to cover a rota that incorporates a 7 day/24 hour service'
