You will be working in a vibrant environment, where the social side of work is just as important as the serious stuff. On top of that, they operate flexible working options and following the completion of your 12 month FTC it's likely you'll find a permanent role within the business if you want to stay!


A SQL and R based role, you will be expected to take a lead in delivering insight to some of the UK's biggest brands. You will champion the use of customer data through various analytical methods. The focus of your work may vary day to day but the crux of the role is making commercially viable recommendations as a result of your work.

For those budding open source users, although SQL based, you will be given an opportunity to utilise open source and big data tools in your day to day work. So if you've been looking to learn more about R or Hadoop, or fancy training up in something slightly different then there are lots of training options open to you.


The successful Insight Analyst will likely have the following experience:

* Educated to a degree level within a numerate or statistical discipline
* Proven experience within a commercial analytical environment, with a focus on customer insight
* Proven ability to code and work with SQL on a large scale level
* Ability to translate technical requirements to a non-technical audience
* Proven ability to lead and mentor junior analysts
