We are a family owned country pub in a beautiful setting in the Surrey Hills near Dorking. Our style of food is traditional home cooked food such as an excellent Sunday roast (which has featured in the Sunday Telegraph) and our own baked ham, pies, ribs & burgers, etc alongside a few higher end specials and home made desserts. 
We are looking for a no 2 to complement our team of 4, plus casuals. We need someone with the following qualities: Team player with excellent people skills; both with kitchen team & front of house team High standards of food quality and food hygiene regulations Hands on chef willing to turn hand to all tasks in a small kitchen environment Focused and organised Calm under pressure & able to handle very busy summer days Passionate & interested in the success of the business, with a flexible can-do attitude Experience in ordering and pricing dishes helpful but not essential As the owners we are hands on & supportive; and we work hard to maintain very high standards in all aspects of our business.
