Bytes are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for our expanding Virtualisation team. You will be acting as a central point of contact for sales, distribution and vendors in all matters related to Virtualisation solutions offered by Bytes with primary focus on VMware and Citrix licensing.
Working with a team of likeminded people you will promote new business in new and existing accounts whilst constantly building your knowledge. This is an ideal opportunity for those with strong new business skills and a depth of knowledge in Virtualisation and End User Computing.
Responsibilites for the role include: New business cold calling campaigns and follow up on marketing activities for managed and unmanaged accounts and prospects. Backup for vTeam including helping to scope opportunities with Account Managers and Account Directors, helping to liaise with distributors and vendors on opportunities and involvement in complicated quotes and proposals.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Knowledge and experience with Citrix / VMware and other virtualisation vendors
