Service Delivery Analyst - ITIL - Peterborough
My client, a leading IT services organisation, are seeking a problem analyst to join their team based in Peterborough. The role will be focused on problem and major incident management for clients - all working within the ITIL framework. They are looking for someone with experience of problem management and adhering to SLA's for clients.
The role will be ideal for someone with a technical background that is looking to move into a role that is more focused around service delivery for clients. Very strong communication skills is essential.
- Previous experience in similar client-facing position
- ITIL knowledge (certification highly desirable)
- Good understanding of service management methodologies
- Strong communication skills
Salary on offer is £25-30,000 + benefits
