18,000 - 20,000 - Account Manager for a Global business. Excellent career development 

A leading business are now requiring an Account Manager to join their established team. The role will involve maximising sales from prospective and existing B2B clients, as well as assisting in the delivery of high customer service across the company.

Overall purpose of the role: To manage and develop a wide variety of allocated B2B Accounts. Responsible for the proactive account management of partners and the proactive investigation and engagement with suitable new partners ensuring that individual and team KPIs can be met. Contributing to a proactive and driven work environment for the team.

Key tasks will be:

-Work towards daily achievement of Revenue Targets and agreed KPI’s.
-The daily review of Team performance against KPI’s, targets and expectations.
-Support the Team to create strategies for overcoming obstacles, customer objections or competitive situations.
-Expert Account Management of Accounts
-Developing new business through the booking and arrangement of webinars
-Ownership of relations with Business Partners
-Complaint handling and dealing with them in a professional manner.
-Good communication skills when liaising with a variety of different partners, both internal and external.
-Maintain a high level of customer service which exceeds consumer expectations.
-Contributing to and maintaining a positive working environment within the team.
-Business Partner relationship management.

What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 18 months experience in a sales/ Account Management role
-Evidence of achieving results and working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Experience in CMS Systems
-IT literate
-A genuine passion to offer first class customer service
-A positive and enthusiastic outlook
-Effective telephone skills and a good command of the English language
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Experience in confident objection handling
-Experience of motivating, influencing and gaining commitment from customer
- Effective team work to support colleagues and foster a positive team environment
