Michael Page Digital is working with a fast growth pureplay online retailer in order to recruit a Head of Digital and Ecommerce to drive performance online.
Our client is a large Online Retail business in the UK and operates with superb revenue and profit figures. The business has seen steady double digit growth for the past 6 years and over 60% increase in profit in that time.
Known as an excellent place to work, the business is set to continue its rapid expansion over the next five years with a host of exciting new marketing initiatives planned. The business is based near Reading, Berkshire.
The Head of Digital and Ecommerce is a new ole for the business and is very important in driving the online sales performance of the company. The Head of Digital and Ecommerce will:
Devise and own online strategy across: SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Display, eCRM, Content, Social and Analytics. Your role will be to manage a team focused around acquisition and drive online sales performance.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a confident leader of people and have excellent knowledge of the ins and outs of all digital channels. This is a role which will require someone to get stuck in and at points roll their sleeves up to get the work done.
You will work alongside the senior leadership team in the business and be responsible for all channel reporting so you must be adept at dealing with stakeholders.
A salary of between £70,000-90,000 DOE + excellent benefits package.
