We have an exciting opportunity to join a company in Milton Park for a long term temporary assignment. This well-established business works within the technology sector and brings significant benefits and impact to its clients. They are an international company and are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Team Leader to join the team to cover maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities for the Helpdesk Team Leader:
*Lead an IT helpdesk team and accurately monitor and report on the services they are providing.
*Line manage a team of up to 30 people through conducting 1:1s, appraisals, KPI and objective setting.
*Ensuring that quality checks are in place for the team, work is of a consistently high standard and corrective action is taken where needed.
*Regular reports are produced summarising team performance and the status of tasks within.
*Act as a contributing member of the team as priorities dictate and support staff when they need to escalate a query.

*Excellent planning and organising skills.
*Effective communicator with sound inter-personal skills.
