Based in the Edwinstowe area of Nottinghamshire, you’ll be joining this prestigious and award winning company as they look to grow their highly successful team by adding an additional Bid & Marketing Coordinator.

You’ll be joining this family-owned, multi-award-winning construction company which operaties across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire, growing steadily from a turnover of £200,000 to over £50m and now have further ambitious growth plans which you could help contribute towards.

What you’ll require to be considered for the position:

  • A good level of proven experience within a Bid & Marketing Coordinator position
  • Possess excellent administrative skills including good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
  • Experienced in organising/coordinating large events
  • Have a passion for Marketing
  • Experience within the Construction industry (desirable)

You’ll be reporting to the Business Development Manager whilst working with the wider Business Development, Marketing and Events team. Your role will be pivotal within the Business Development and Marketing team’s ambition to secure new business opportunities and promote the client's brand and values.

Other aspects and duties of the role include:

  • Working on selection and pre-qualification questionnaires, expressions of interest and bid quality submissions
  • Preparing and organising a bid information vault
  • Supporting the marketing and events team on social media, print & digital and event organisation activities
  • Updating of and reporting from crm in line with business development processes
  • Administering tender portals, distributing information and coordinate bid/no bid meetings
  • Assisting in implementing our web and social media strategies
  • Developing and coordinating the company’s photography portfolio

Salary & Benefits

Up to £25,000 + Comprehensive Benefits for the ideal candidate
