B2B Sales Executives

Salary: Basic £17,000 plus commission

Your Centre is now expanding. Therefore, we are now looking for some fresh Business to Business talent to join our sales team.

The Role

As a member of YCL's Business to Business Bureau, you will be working on behalf of our new B2B clients.

As a B2B Sales Executive, your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Making Outbound Calls to prospective business customers, selling the concept of their product and closing them on a timed and dated demonstration of face to face appointment.

• Maintaining and developing relationships with the potential customers via telephone, CRM and email.

• Understanding the product portfolio (technology & innovation led), all training will be given by YCL.

• Managing potential customer records via YCL and the client systems.

• Email Administration

As our ideal B2B Sales Executive, you must have the following skills:

• B2B background in Structured Sales, Lead Generation and Appointment Setting.

• Communication - Articulate communicator, Clear, Precise, Persuasive and Emphatic.

• Sales Ability - Excellent listening skills, Excellent questioning techniques, Rapport building, clear spoken English with the ability to effectively listen and respond appropriately managing the emotions and demands of the customers.

• Objection Handling - Ability to overcome objections using varying techniques depending on the situation

• Confidence & Motivation - Self-motivated, takes a positive and proactive approach and encourages others to do the same. Demonstrates personal resilience and emotional maturity to overcome setbacks and challenges.

• Knowledge - Ability to understand sales in the technology, innovation and marketing arena

• Technical - Having the necessary level of skill with PC's and related programmes. Confident in using a variety of systems with ability to effectively manage the system whilst engaging with customers.

• Supporting Team Members - Builds supportive working relationships within and across teams, contributing willingly and frequently to achieve team objectives.
