Marketing & Communications Executive

An opportunity to work with a well-known fashion brand supporting with the execution of the marketing strategy. Initially this will involve supporting the brand transition and then focusing on growing the brand by delivering quality marketing content, materials and assets to engage and retain their target customer.

Main responsibilities:

  • Copywriting for all cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with photoshoots
  • Support with the delivery of seasonal product, brand and trading website content - liaising with Digital Agency regarding SEO
  • Working with Digital Content and Marketing Executive to maintain continuous auditing of website content
  • Working with Marketing Manager to plan programmes of relevant, inspirational and engaging seasonal email campaigns, then working with the graphic designer to produce creative assets needed
  • Report and analyse results of email campaign performance using Dotmailer and Google Analytics
  • Design and deliver direct email campaigns
  • Assist with website and ESP system re-platforming
  • PR: assisting with delivery of seasonal look books and trend cards, delivering local PR events
  • Manage Social Media presence and social media advertising

The candidate:


  • Experience within a creative environment- preferably marketing team
  • Flair for creative writing and design
  • High level of literacy with excellent grammar and communication skills
  • Strong maths ability- competent with Excel and data entry
  • Strong IT skills- especially PowerPoint and Word
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience of working with Google Analytics, Dotmailer ESP
  • Experience of administering content for the internet, including experience with content management systems
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi task
  • Able to work proactively with external agencies and with people across different teams


  • Basic/ intermediate level of HTML
  • Basic knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop
  • Degree level qualification
  • An interest in fashion and the fashion industry
