This is a fast paced and exciting role which will involve the successful candidate working as part of the Digital Team to add value to our overarching strategic digital marketing plan and to take personal responsibility for optimisation of paid search and affiliates across our current portfolio of beauty brands.

All of our products and brands are developed in-house; utilising pioneering active ingredients and technologies coupled with the strength of our dynamic in-house marketing and design teams to bring the brands to life. We have a strong existing product portfolio, already loved by millions across the world. Plus strong new product pipelines across each brand to make the bestsellers of tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Think creatively and use insight to deliver the best in class PPC campaigns achieving maximum ROI
Daily PPC optimisations to include, but not exclusively, search query reports, budget/bid management, ad copy changes
Working closely with brand hubs, design team, technology team and marketing department to plan and execute marketing strategies
Managing and growing affiliate marketing programme
Developing volume of sales through Amazon Seller account
Provide insight and progress reports into management
The successful candidate will:
Have two years of experience in a similar role
Have passion for digital, an open mind and an ability to work well with people are a must
Have strong desire to learn and stay updated
Have analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Have experience with Google Adwords and similar paid platforms. Google Analytics & Webmaster tools also an advantage
Be familiar with SEO and Conversion Rate Optimisation best practices
Share expertise and trends for proposed new activities with the Marketing team.

Salary of up to £25,000
