Office Assistant

As the Office Assistant you will support in the administration function, you will cover between the Oxfordshire offices. This role would suit any administrator who can easily understand tasks delegated to them and who can demonstrate a highly administrative skill set. You must be able to work well under general direction and prioritise your workload.
You must ensure that delegated duties are completed in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities:

Administrative support
Able to prioritise workload
Able to set your own workflow
You must be able to work well as part of a wider team
You must have experience within a similar role (Administrative ideally within a legal company)
You must have excellent attention to detail and deliver a high level of accuracy in all aspects of your role.
