I am currently recruiting an immediate start Team Assistant for a charity, for a 5 to 6 month contract, which has the possibility of being extended.
This role will be based on the reception desk, so first and foremost you will meet and greet all visitors to the charity and answer and field any incoming calls. You will also be responsible for providing PA support to the CEO and the COO (diary management, minute taking at meetings, attending external meetings), manage media enquiries, diary management, travel booking and expenses for the Education team and administrative support in the area's of HR and Facilities (holiday management, updating the database, order stationary etc.).

- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Fantastic attention to detail
- The ability to work with little or no supervision
