Our Milton Keynes based client is looking recruit a Marketing Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, creative and commercially aware Marketing Executive to join their team. Working as part of a small, but dynamic and entrepreneurial team, your main responsibility will be to maximise customer loyalty and profitability through the implementation of marketing strategies and plans which promote the Companies range of products and services to both existing and new customers. The successful candidate should have previous marketing experience. You will be able to demonstrate strong organisation skills and be used to taking initiative to drive projects and actions through to completion. Key Duties & Responsibilities Assist with implementing marketing strategies and campaigns in line with overall commercial and marketing objectives. Use initiative and previous experience to find creative ways to target existing and new markets. Monitor email open rates, track and report on the success of all marketing campaigns and make business and process recommendations. Contribute to innovative campaigns to generate sales opportunities. Monitor competitor and other sector activity. Update and maintain content of the company’s websites. Design, create and dispatch email marketing campaigns. Driving brand awareness and customer satisfaction through social media updates. Write articles such as press releases and blogs. Assist with the management of marketing spend within agreed budgets, report on spend versus effectiveness. Be responsible for online and print advertising. Create content, copywriting and proofreading marketing collateral. Work on Email Marketing, Direct Marketing and Web Marketing campaigns. Work with suppliers and internal contributors to ensure campaign objectives are met. Monitor campaign activity using the company's CRM system. Organise company events. Person Specification Essential An ability to think creatively and generate innovative marketing ideas and approaches that promote our products and services in a manner that promotes our brand values but also makes commercial sense. Awesome organisational skills with the drive and determination to make things happen. Awesome attention to detail in everything you do. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A high standard of numeracy and literacy with English and Maths to GCSE B grade. Excellent level of computer literacy, able to use Word and Excel to a professional standard. A fast learner who is keen to learn new skills. Willing to take on responsibility, make decisions and anticipate issues. Able to work under own initiative whilst contributing to the overall team objectives. Previous marketing experience. Desirable · A good degree or other relevant experience, possibly in marketing or business studies · Experience in using Mailchimp for email campaigns. · Experience in using Google Analytics and Adwords. · Experience in marketing via social media. Salary and Benefits £23k - £27k per annum base salary based on experience. With a comprehensive benefits package including 10% company contribution to pension.
