SAM Account Manager
Working with our SAM Team to promote SAM Solutions throughout our customer base and working closely with the Account Management team you will be targeted on growing SAM Business.
There is ample scope to engage directly with customers and be involved at every stage of the process from proposal to implementation. You will have solid experience in IT Solutions and ideally have some IT Service management exposure and knowledge of Snow Software solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Skills and Experience:
- Good generic understanding of IT with a minimum of 2 years experience in relevant market space.
- Strong Account Management Skills with Excellent customer service.
- Understanding of Tier 1 Vendor Licensing & SAM Programmes such as Microsoft, Adobe, VMware, Citrix, IBM etc (Advantageous)
- Excellent communicator (Written and Oral)
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Able to build confidence / credibility with Customers and Peers
- Methodical and Organised with attention to detail
- Presentable and Articulate
