A new and exciting Telesales Executive position has been created within a successful Cardiff based organisation. You will be working closely with the Marketing department and making effective use of the CRM database. This a newly created role so you will be able to shape the position moving forward. The company benefits from a good location with accessible public transport links and you will be working within an impressive office environment. To be considered for the Telesales Executive (Business to Business) opportunity you need to have undertaken a Business to Business Sales position within a professional office and thrive upon working to targets. You will be liaising with new and existing customers via telephone and email, therefore effective communication skills are imperative. A bonus scheme will be place and the OTE for this role is £30,000.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working to weekly and monthly targets focusing upon; booking appointments, generating leads and effective use of the CRM database
To prospect and cold call new and existing customers
Effectively distribute sales leads and customer appointments accordingly to internal colleagues
Effective use of marketing data for prospecting new business
- Identify customer buying cycle; add to diary for follow up.
- Follow up customer contacts in a timely manner.
Provide weekly reports on all activities undertaken
- To ensure that customer service excellence is portrayed in all customer contact
