Business Development Executive

The Opportunity

Yolk Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Business to Business Telesales Executive to join a forward thinking business operating on a global scale. They are based just outside of Cardiff they have free parking and great public transport links. They are offering a basic salary of up to £20,000 uncapped OTE £40,000.

This is a telesales role that will progress in to field sales within 6 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Account Management
  • Calling businesses to promote the companies products and services
  • Developing and maintaining a database of customer's information for business development purposes
  • Making high volume outbound calls
  • Manage your emails and client callbacks
  • Report directly to the sales manager on a regular basis
  • Achieve set financial and activity targets
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns

Experience Required

  • Business to Business sales experience
  • Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills
  • Experience of working to targets and examples of exceeding those set
  • Good IT skills, Outlook and Excel database skills an advantage
