Operations Manager Contract Catering - Gloucester Area 48K+Car
Our Client a prestigious contract caterer has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager in the Gloucester region with the majority of the sites being along the M5 corridor between Birmingham and Bristol, the successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of several contracts.
These will incorporate independent Education sites. You will report into the Operations Director and become an integral part of our ever expanding team.
The right candidate will be someone who understands commercial cafe/restaurants concepts within contract in B&I or education sectors; someone commercially minded who has experience with multi site operations. You must be confident, have a dynamic nature in presentations & meetings, fantastic relationship builder with clients, suppliers, employees and colleagues.
You need to possess outstanding foodie values, be innovative, dynamic, personable, accountable and a strong team player. We are looking for someone who can increase profits, who can control cost, labour, increase sales. We also are looking for someone that can thrive on innovation and problem solving.
The right candidate needs to be exceptional good managing a full PnL, control budgets, GP, planning and negotiations.
