We currently require a Head Chef to work for a new bar based in the Mailbox area of Birmingham. You will lead a brigade of 3 in a specialist wine, port and champagne environment offering a menu serving Tapas, Sharing Boards, Shellfish and Classic dishes with a twist.
This role may suit Senior CDP or Senior Sous looking to step up into their first Head Chef position.
You will be passionate about food, motivated and organised.
You will work 45 hours per week, plan rotas, motivate team, control ordering and all of the running of the Kitchen.
Ensuring food of the highest standards drives this new venue forward.
Salary £20,000 per annum, 45 hours per week, 28 days holiday, Tip shares, Life Assurance & Stakeholder Pension scheme.
