Business Development Account Manager
There are five key qualities that are essential in successful sales people, empathy, focus, responsibility, optimism and drivetowards a vision or goal.
We are looking to build a new team of business development experts to offer solutions to our new customers, enhancing their experience and using our service to the max. Your role is to prove that the solution, initially free of charge! Having demonstratedto the customerthat our service works, you will then close the deal and convert this to a monthly charge building your sales pipeline. In return you will provide your customer with an all inclusive support service, assisting them in running their business. We have a team of experts who will managing this, to take the administration pain away from you and free you up to sell.
As a sales person we need you to be focused on the customer, be someone to enjoys the journey before the sale is made, who cares about how the client feels. We want natural relationshipbuilders, a team that when things don't go their way won't get disheartened. You need to be able to work in a process driven environment and ensure that no corners are cut, giving the best customer experience. Ultimately we need you to be able to CLOSE!
Great basic on offer of between £24-30k and uncapped earnings. A great team atmosphere, where the emphasis is on doing well and having fun at the same time.
