Our client is currently seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join their team based in Central London.

The primary area of focus for the role is provide marketing support to key areas of the business, assisting in the development of branding and multi-channel B2C campaigns. Specifically, the role will also include responsibility and a focus on the strategic development and execution of B2B marketing activity as well as the management of Operational marketing plans.

The secondary area of focus will be to oversee and take ownership of the marketing communications for the brand ensuring compliance to relevant brand guidelines for the company and its key strategic partners.

Your responsibilities:

Marketing planning and reporting:

  • Strategic development of marketing plans to support key B2B functions including Property, Sales and Business Development
  • Create and deliver marketing plans to support key customers and other business projects
  • Understand and plan for brand marketing activities to align and support business wide projects
  • Development and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns to support the delivery of business and revenue targets for Operations based on insights from trading reports e.g. the opening and closing of sites
  • Reporting and management of all brand marketing KPI’s, from internal or external sources
  • Proactive planning and management of brand marketing campaigns for the key seasonal period
  • Develop the annual marketing plan (via the marketing calendar) for brand marketing function

Branding control and management

  • Roll out and implementation of updated general, digital and corporate brand guidelines across all activity, including application across any partner brand activity
  • Create and execute launch plan for new brand illustrations across all channels and functions
  • To oversee the production of marketing communications tools, including brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, and promotional items ensuring that the brand identity and marketing messages are consistently and correctly delivered in all marcomms materials

Resource and budget management

  • Manage and optimise tools and systems to deliver efficient return through savings e.g. POS ordering system
  • Manage external agencies (creative design and production) to deliver projects/campaigns to budget and identify opportunities to drive cost or process efficiencies
  • Ownership of brand marketing budget including the planning and budgetary control of spend for print, creative and Christmas lines and the management of monthly invoicing
