Global Process Owner - P2P
Haig&Co have been tasked with searching for a Global Process Owner - P2P for this large PLC based in Birmingham. This is a key role for the business who are experiencing predicted, strategic growth in all of their operating units across their brands. Given their aims for the next 3 years, this position will consolidate their business improvement aims and provide local and regional expertise in their shared service function
Working in this shared service centre, you will report directly into the Director of SSC Operations and be a critical part of their change program; your role will cover all responsibility for P2P processes, procurement operations and also take leadership responsibility for the AP reporting, expense processes, aligned IT, requisitioning systems and on-going project work.
You goal will be to be the 'lord of the process' and support the end to end creation, implementation and testing of all P2P process and controls and to integrate with the rest of the functional leadership to drive a global, overarching improvement strategy.
You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge long lasting and successful relationships at all levels and be a true 'influencer' and advisor to all.
Your experience will demonstrate relevant, recent capability in a similar role and business and you will be able to demonstrate SSC and global process expertise within the P2P, procurement, requisitioning and IT/systems side.
