Chef De Partie Beautiful Penrith Hotel £18-£19K plus Tips
I am recruiting for CDPs for a stunning boutique hotel in Penrith. This high end venue offers a bespoke feel in a modern restaurant environment. The menu is a mixture of British and French dishes but the vast majority of food revenue comes from weddings and functions. The head chef is building a team of enthusiastic chefs who want to contribute and learn.
This role will be best suited to chefs from fresh food backgrounds with experience in banqueting that feel confident cooking on all sections of a kitchen. Hours range from 45 - 50 per week and involve a mixture of shifts depending on the needs of the business. This is a fun and enjoyable kitchen to cook in were everyone works together, chefs need to be able to work within this dynamic and contribute to the team. Successful candidates will need to feel confident stepping onto a busy section and prepping their own mise en place.
The salary on offer is dependant on experience and suitability and there will be weekly tip for successful candidates as well.
