Junior Credit Controller

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an Junior Credit Controller to join a global organisation based in Hatfield.

Key responsibilities of the Junior Credit Controller job will include:
-Liaison for all cash with order transactions,
-Raise purchase orders.
-Posting of daily cheques.
-Scanning all docs into our live system.
-Posting direct payments.
-Completing the monthly statement run.
-Processing of LTA payments.
-Liaison for all technical sales.
-Understand and comply with all relevant company policies

The ideal Junior Credit Controller will possess the following attributes/skills:
-Customer service experience is essential.
-IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages.
-Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
-Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
-Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set.
-Ability to use own initiative and willing to learn new skills.
-Strong organisational skills.
-Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
-SAP experience is preferable
