NRG are delighted to be recruiting a Sales Manager for an exciting start up which simplifies utilities in the rental market. Currently growing at an exceptional rate, with thousands of customers and agencies using their software nationwide.
The Sales Manager will play a key role operating in a fast-growing business environment by achieving results both through their own performance and through the management of a team.
With multiple sales channels and a huge market, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company which has increased its revenue 9x in the past 12 months.
Experience of successfully growing sales turnover in a competitive business environment
Successful sales management experience including developing and coaching a sales team to achieve high performance.
Experience of building and developing long-term business relationships with customers
Strong level of computer skills including experience of using IT as part of a structured sales process.
Knowledge of the property rental market or related markets would be an advantage.

A self starter with a strong work ethic who is comfortable operating in a fast-growing business environment and is motivated by achieving results both through their own performance and through the management of a team.

Base salary £35,000 - £40,000
Bonus based on achievement of agreed targets
Company car/car allowance as appropriate
Newcastle upon Tyne (some UK travel including occasional overnight stays required)
