If you have experience with multiple line project management in the FMCG or packaging sectors, then this role could be the one for you.

Our client is a leading Brand Management company who work very closely with a number of household names.

An onsite project manager is required to work on the premises of one of their major clients, a leading supermarket in the UK, alongside the packaging team.

You will be:

• Support on-site Account Managers and the Internal Studio team with project management and artwork approval requirements
• Manage details regarding projects’ status on Excel trackers ensuring these are updated continuously
• As required, arrange and attend pre-production meetings 
• Work with suppliers & printers to ensure printed samples are submitted after press runs for approval.
• As required, attend weekly category meetings with the client to discuss project status and follow through actions from minutes issued by Account Manager
• Liaise with the client’s internal and external parties. Ensure that client expectations are always managed
• Take ownership for recording receipt and dispatch of all Colour Management related proofs, ensuring visibility is maintained at all times
• Take ownership for daily dispatch, courier related tasks and on-site proofing requirements

You will have:

• Strong organisational skills along with ability to multi task.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Good attention to detail.
• A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach. 
• PC literate – Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience of industry web based MIS briefing and approval systems.
• Knowledge of print or repro beneficial.
• Knowledge of design, retail, brand and packaging beneficial.
